But it is first in blogger.It is a Google+ Follower gadget like Facebook Like Box.Highlight your total Google+ audience (both its size and some friendly
faces), and offer visitors the chance to follow you on Google+.







 
 
Add this Gadget in your Blog.
Go to Blogger Dashboard -> Layout -> Add Gadget
Then click on the '+' emplem on Google+ Followers.
